Woodbridge Boys Water Polo Players Compete at National Junior Olympics- Win Gold

Four Woodbridge High School water polo players strike Gold at the 2018 USA Water Polo National Jr. Olympics held at Stanford University’s Avery Aquatic Center.

The four incoming juniors, playing for local club SoCal, endured over a four day and nine game test that included the nation’s top 48 teams in the 16U Platinum bracket.

Seeded 10th entering the tournament, they prevailed over the second and first seeds in the semifinal and final games respectively.

The four now turn their attention to this fall’s High School season as the #13 Power Ranked team overall and playing in Division 1/2.
