Spring Break Youth Swim Camp is a fun, skill-focused camp designed to help swimmers improve technique, build confidence, and stay active during break.

 

Camp Details

  • Dates: Monday–Thursday of Spring Break

  • Time: 9:15–10:45 AM

  • Location: Woodbridge High School Pool

  • Cost: $80 for all 4 days

Daily Themes

  • Monday – Freestyle Focus

    Body line, breathing, and speed

  • Tuesday – Short Axis

    Breaststroke and butterfly timing + rhythm

  • Wednesday – Long Axis

    Backstroke and freestyle rotation + efficiency

  • Thursday – Starts / Turns / Sprints

    Racing skills, speed work, and donuts
